Logistics Operations Analyst (High-Impact Team)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Logistics Operations Analyst to support high-volume, time-sensitive delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make quick decisions, and enjoys working with data to solve operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage delivery order rescheduling and assignment support when manual intervention is required
+ Monitor delivery activity across multiple time zones and identify unassigned or delayed orders
+ Take action on exceptions by canceling, rescheduling, or escalating orders based on established guidelines
+ Communicate with internal operations teams regarding:
+ Missing, delayed, or returned orders
+ Damaged shipments requiring escalation
+ Track and update order data using internal systems, Excel, and Google Sheets
