For Pluscargo USA, an international logistics company with a global presence, we are looking for an Operations Analyst. You will play a key role in coordinating international logistics operations, ensuring each shipment flows smoothly from start to finish.

Location: San Isidro, Buenos Aires (hybrid 3x2, first month 100% on-site).

Main responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with clients, international agents, and internal teams
• Coordinate maritime shipments
• Request bookings with shipping lines and track shipments
• Coordinate inland transportation and customs clearance processes
• Handle logistics documentation and ensure accuracy
• Identify and resolve operational issues, following up on each shipment

Requirements

• Advanced or recently graduated students in International Trade, Business, or related fields
