The opportunity
Komainu is expanding its operations function in Singapore as part of its growth across Asia Pacific - a market where institutional demand for regulated digital asset custody is accelerating rapidly. The Administration Operations team sits at the heart of how Komainu serves its clients, responsible for the onboarding, ongoing maintenance and servicing of custody accounts. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in digital asset operations at a firm that is defining what institutional-grade custody looks like, working closely with clients, compliance and technology teams in a fast-moving and consequential environment.
Your key responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end client account opening process, ensuring accuracy of setup and a consistently high standard of client experience
- Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritise onboarding pipelines and provide clients with regular transparent progress updates
