Operations Analyst

Reporting into Head - Operations. The Business Operations Analyst owns the day-to-day operational and data-management workflows supporting InCred Global Wealth Pte. Ltd.'s investment platforms and client transactions. The role is the single point of accountability for transaction trackers, NAV updates, fund deployment, and regulatory filings - ensuring data integrity across Valuefy and the partner banks, and maintaining audit-readiness at all times. 2. Key Responsibilities
(a) Transaction Capture &Tracker Ownership . Manage operations Trackers for the firm - maintaining daily updates, reconciliation against source data, and timely capture of all subscription, redemption, and switch instructions, with a mindset towards automation and AI-assisted process improvement. .
