Operations & Outsourcing Co-Ordinator (12 Month FTC)

Our client is a Dublin-based asset management company with over €32bn in assets under management. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and is continuing to expand its operations team.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic professional, reporting to the Head of Operations, to support the UCITS Management Company business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end operational set-up requirements for new product launches and changes to existing products.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational set-up requirements for static data, notifications, filings, etc. for new fund launches, with appropriate oversight and support.
  • Liaise with custodian(s) to open new accounts on behalf of sub-funds and sub-advisors.
