Job Description
- Must have at least 5-10 years in logistics / operations
- Must be able / willing to travel to either Jhb or Musina for relief duties
- Language Shona an advantage but not requirement
- Must have valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Planning / Executing Loading of Trucks
- Ensuring vehicles are offloaded timeously
- Ensuring vehicles are loaded within time frame
- Issuing of loading equipment prior to loading
- Communicating any delays on groups
- Reporting of breakdowns and assisting in resolving mechanical issues
- Administration Duties
- Completing of driver trip sheets
- Compiling of fuel orders and issuing of them
- Issuing loading instructions and documents if required
- Ordering and issuing of Hazchem stickers
- Delivering of invoices and pod's if required
