Position: Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support & Data Management
  • Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, and records.
  • Organise files and data.
  • Maintain databases and ensure information accuracy.
2. Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate between different departments (operations, merchandising, shipping).
  • Follow up with teams on pending tasks.
  • Handling and responding to buyer queries and email communications.
3. Price Inquiry, Order & Process Monitoring
  • Send price inquiries and order sheets to the team, and maintain records of inquiry data and pricing.
  • Assist in tracking orders, production progress, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising team and update tracking sheets (production status, shipment status, order status, etc.).
