Overview

As we continue to grow our retail presence across Spain, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to lead day‑to‑day operations across our owned store network. This role sits at the heart of our retail business—ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will act as the key link between frontline associates and central functions, managing everything from FX rate distribution and cash control to scheduling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage FX Operations & Financial Control
  • Update FX exchange rates daily for owned stores
  • Distribute FX rates to corporate clients
  • Update monthly FX and MT targets
  • Review and reconcile P&L reports
  • Control and manage branch invoices
  • Create and follow up on purchase orders (office and cleaning supplies)
