Monday – Friday (06:00 AM – 03:00 PM PHT)

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in MSP administration, Service Desk, or similar roles supporting AU or US clients, including Mac and Google Workspace environments.
  • Fluent language skills with client‑facing experience, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and operating in client‑facing environments.
  • Strong experience in service coordination activities including ticket triage, workflow management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience using HaloPSA tools or similar for ticketing, time entry, documentation, reporting, and service board management.
  • Experience across key operational functions including agreements, billing, invoicing, procurement, quoting, and sales administration.
