What You’ll Do

Operational Administration

Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, documentation, claim and filing in compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and financial arrangements.

Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service to track orders and ensure on‑time delivery.

Reporting & Data Management

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Monitor key operational metrics and highlight discrepancies or trends.

Process & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety regulations, quality standards, and financial procedures.

Procurement & Inventory Support

Support procurement activities such as raising purchase requests and tracking orders.
