Job Description

You are responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day activities across production, logistics, maintenance and customer delivery functions.

What You’ll Do

Operational Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, documentation, claim and filing in compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and financial arrangements.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer service to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and highlight discrepancies or trends.
