Operations Cost Control Assistant

The Role

Responsible for delivering on day-to-day objectives and acts as a functional resource for external and internal stakeholders. Supports and contributes to positive business results for Vessel Operations. Responsible for EUA Vessel Operations cost control and administrative functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities And Measurement

• Assist in maintaining, monitoring and updating tariffs in PSO (Port Service Order) in OPUS.
• Resolve invoice/tariff queries related to PSO. Daily communication with vessels, local OPS, terminals and other marine vendors.
• Review costs on a regular basis to ensure they are allocated to the correct parties.
• Produce regular reports related to PSO and SDR/CDR.
• Produce operational Looker reports.
• Maintain Vessel Operations files ensuring they are accurate and up to date, including managing files and organising archiving of files regularly.
