An established and growing gaming business is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and shape its expanding casino division during a critical phase of growth and transformation. This is a senior, high‑impact role with full accountability for operational performance, culture, compliance and commercial delivery across a growing portfolio of UK casinos, including existing sites and forthcoming acquisitions.
