Job Description

Reference: JHB -KF-1 ESSENTIAL SKILLS Fluent in German language dealing with different technical experts, and first line support. Basic Linux operations support and troubleshooting. Managing support tickets, OLAs, and KPIs, and working in a standby team, with different shifts for support and maintenance topics. Ability to design and develop dashboards using Power Bi or Grafana. Running daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks for security, compliance, MOD and MIM topics. Generating and reviewing monthly e Lan reporting and MOD schedules. Understanding of basic operations KPIs and meeting deadlines and timelines. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and operations applications.
