Key Responsibilities Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate delivery drivers and ensure orders are properly prepared for dispatch
- Check order quantities and ensure correct items are packed before delivery
- Monitor delivery progress and identify potential delays
- Assist in updating customers when delivery schedules change
- Receive incoming stock from suppliers and verify quantities
- Assist with stock counting and inventory tracking
- Monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations
- Support daily packing and fulfilment processes during busy periods
- Assist part-time staff with operational procedures when required
