Job Description

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Being the first point of contact for drivers who arrive at our driver centre
  • Delivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers across a range of channels as and when needed (including inbound and outbound calls)
  • Processing the onboarding of new drivers in accordance with strict regulatory criteria, ensuring accuracy and an excellent level of face to face service
  • Enabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including improving our share of OCA vehicles, activating onboarded drivers, and improving the performance of existing drivers. 
  • You will be dealing with external stakeholders to ensure the success of some of our projects such as our PHV subsidy and our Onsi platform benefits (to name a few)
