Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline all import export clearance processes ensuring compliance with Sharjah customs regulations and minimizing delays.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with Sharjah Customs officials, port authorities, and other relevant stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Supervise a team of clearance officers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for customs clearance, including manifests, invoices, and permits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications such as a Customs Broker License or similar, demonstrating expertise in customs regulations.
