Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Management Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly 2. Coordination & Communication Act as a link between different teams (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.) Communicate operational updates to management Ensure proper documentation and reporting 3. Process Improvement Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines 4. Data Management & Reporting Maintain operational data and prepare reports Track performance metrics and KPIs Analyze data to support decision-making 5. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Maintain quality standards in operations Conduct regular audits and checks
