Operations Executive

We are hiring an Operations Executive for a BPO providing IT Hardware services to the UK market . The role involves managing warehouse inventory, tracking shipments, coordinating with international courier services, and dealing with clients to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Track and monitor local and international shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Manage IT hardware stock and warehouse inventory , including receiving, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.

Coordinate with international courier companies such as FedEx and DHL for shipments and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate inventory records, shipment logs, and operational reports .

Liaise with UK/international suppliers and vendors for smooth supply chain operations.
