Job Description

Position Responsible for supporting day-to-day hospital operations by ensuring smooth patient services, departmental coordination, compliance adherence, and service quality.


The role focuses on executing operational processes efficiently, maintaining patient-centric service delivery, and supporting team performance in alignment with AHI’s standards of care and operational excellence.  Key Responsibilities  Patient Care & Experience  Ensure courteous, empathetic, and patient-centered interactions at all service points.  Support in maintaining patient satisfaction scores above 90%.  Assist in resolving service-related concerns within defined timelines.  Collect and escalate patient feedback for service improvement initiatives.  Patient Flow & Bed Management  Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge processes efficiently.  Assist in bed allocation and ensure accurate documentation.  Support departments to ...
