Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with new stock preparation, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our standards before distribution or sale.
  • Handle packing and order preparation for online and offline sales.
  • Support customer service, including handling phone calls and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Issue invoices for counter sales and repair services.
  • Support events and roadshows, including setup and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Technical Certificate or equivalent. (Higher qualifications welcome)
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar operations or support role.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
