  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Monitor sales performance and support teams in meeting targets.
  • Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand guidelines.
  • Handle inventory control and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Report on operations and communicate with management.
  • Able to work shifts (earliest shift starts at 6:00 AM, latest shift ends at 1:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
