As a Financial Operations Analyst, the main challenge of the role will be to monitor the billing process (vehicles, components and vehicle parts) to ensure compliance with the arrival of shipments to their destination in the regions where General Motors Operates.

What you will do / Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service to clients and suppliers in the billing process, ensuring all related information and documentation is provided.
• Invoice monthly the Back Office service of the corresponding entities.
• Prepare credit/debit notes according to the transactions carried out with clients and suppliers when required.
• Control the monthly shipping plan, which serves as input for the closing and forecasting processes.
