As we continue our expansion in Chile, we’re looking for a motivated and driven HR Business Partner (M/F/d) at Flix, who will make an impact by supporting our frontline workforce (shop & bus station employees), empowering managers, and building strong HR foundations for sustainable growth. This role reports to Head of People Excellence based in Mexico.
