Valencia hybrid | Barcelona (Remote). Future plans may include a transition to a hybrid/on-site model in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Factory Coordination: Act as the main link between SVibe and the factory; oversee production schedules, conduct quality reviews at the source, and manage all inbound shipments to the warehouse or direct to clients.
- Manage external partners: Act as the primary lead for our externalized warehouse; coordinate and oversee daily priorities, monitor performance, and ensure they meet SVibe’s high standards.
- Command Logistics & Shipping: Negotiate with couriers and freight carriers; optimize routes and troubleshoot international or local delivery hurdles.
- Own Inventory Integrity: Oversee stock levels; reconcile physical counts with our systems to ensure 100% accuracy. <...
