Responsibilities include managing teams, coaching, building positive employee relations and leadership bench strength.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole SC, including safety, productivity, financial planning, labor planning, and operational goals.
- Provide strategic level/long‑term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3Yr overview).
- Guide building culture according to leadership principles.
