Our client is a global market leader in a range of products & solutions to their vast customer base. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehousing, distribution and logistics operations across Australia.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for multiple sites, 3PL partners and a team of 6 direct reports, located throughout Australia. This role is well suited to an operational leader who thrives on continuous improvement, cost optimisation and delivering strong service outcomes in complex environments.
In this role, you’ll lead end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution operations nationally, with a strong focus on warehouse operational efficiency and productivity, freight cost optimisation, transport & shipping performance, and inventory management,
