**About Adamo**
Adamo builds human-in-the-loop systems that enable remote control and monitoring of robots from anywhere in the world.
We're expanding operations in Tijuana and need local support to help us establish our first office.
**Role Overview**
You'll assist the CTO in navigating the Tijuana office market.
Identifying spaces, coordinating viewings, communicating with landlords, and helping manage setup logistics.
**Responsibilities**
- Research and shortlist suitable office or coworking spaces ******** m2) in key Tijuana areas
- Communicate with landlords and brokers in Spanish
- Translate and summarize lease terms or property details into English
- Coordinate visits, collect pricing and internet availability info
- Assist with basic vendor setup (internet, utilities, etc.)
- Support general local logistics for office launch
