Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations of Wesgroup Equipment, this position oversees and grows the operations of the Westerra Equipment branch in Edmonton. The role involves working closely with the local team to manage performance, advise on customer experience, and generate profitable revenue growth in service, parts, and rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including service, parts, and rentals, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams through effective hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
