Our Client
Our client is one of the largest producers of leather for furniture upholstery. We have a great opportunity at a new manufacturing tannery/plant for a young candidate who would like to grow and develop within.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of production from start to finish
- Maintaining and improving productivity and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Implementing and monitoring production schedules
- Providing leadership and guidance to the production team
- Reporting to the CEO on production performance and any issues or concerns
Overall, we are seeking a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to driving success in the manufacturing tannery/plant.
