Role Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Structure Design & Planning:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategy, market trends, and the courier ecosystem to understand evolving supply structure needs across different business phases (e.g., growth, maturity, new market expansion).
• Design diversified and differentiated courier models (e.g., full-time, part-time, dedicated delivery) along with their corresponding rights & responsibilities, incentive schemes, and growth systems to achieve precise supply-demand matching and Product-Market Fit.

Project Execution & Implementation:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new courier model initiatives or structural optimization projects, encompassing solution design, resource coordination, performance evaluation, and iteration.
