Deputy to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership for a functional area within a high‑performance plant. The role has overall accountability for the performance of the function and its impact on the larger operating unit, and leads managers and staff to achieve business results through people development and continuous improvement of manufacturing and supply chain processes. The Operations Manager is an active member of the facility leadership team, ensuring that strategies across functions are aligned to achieve plant/facility goals.
