Become a key player in franchise operations management at The Brick. As an Operations Manager, you will support franchise stores through training, reporting, and performance enhancements across Canada.
This role is designed for a proactive and motivated individual with a background in operations and customer service. You will engage with franchise stores to ensure compliance with operational standards and provide ongoing support for effective operations. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and success of the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily reviews of store reports and performance
• Facilitate training for new franchise owners on operational processes
• Assist stores in troubleshooting balancing and procedural issues
• Maintain communication with regional managers for support
• Process and post financial reports weekly to regional team
