Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front‑line operations
- Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills—verifiable by peers and prior supervisors
- Consultative skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions
- Strong communication and listening skills; excellent speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language to communicate complex ideas
