About the role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue making a difference. Based in and around Hemel Hempstead, Herts, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our buildings, vehicles, physical assets (including music gear), and supporting the planning and execution of our events.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your role will be crucial to ensuring our operations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently as we continue to create positive, inclusive experiences through music.
