About the role

Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day activities and ensure seamless execution across departments. This role will deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the Tomorrowland brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening phase in your department and assist in creating a new entertainment experience.
• Develop & own our service strategy.
• Oversee daily guest, event & artist operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
• Source, manage and train a large operational staff, ensuring they are well equipped.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ.
