Position: Operations Manager Location: Pavilion Leisure Centre Salary: £32,000 per annum Job Type: 40 hours per week permanent Closing Date: 31st May 2026 Do you thrive in a leadership role, managing teams and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure or golf site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from customer service to site management. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, and optimising the operational efficiency of our site through supporting our Duty Managers.
