Since 1980, Arrow Speed Controls Limited (ASC) has been a leading Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) integrator across North America, with over 20,000 successful applications. We design and assemble advanced motor control solutions, including VFDs, DC drives, soft starters, servo systems, and PLC-based automation.

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead Arrow Speed Controls East’s manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement across our production environment.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations while leading the transformation of ASC East into a world-class, scalable, and high-performing facility.
