Operations Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Administration & Operations Management: Overseeing daily administrative functions at site offices, managing facilities, utilities, and general workflows.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, licenses, vendor files, reports, and drawings.
  • Compliance & Licensing: Managing applications, renewals, and compliance matters with relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, BCA, SCDF), including certifications like ISO and safety standards.
