The Operation Manager is responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the entire range of production activities as well as directing and overseeing the molding, assembly, tooling, molding as well as the related quality control process improvement operations and associated support functions for the company.
This position is responsible for all production-related departments within the organization.
Main responsibilities - Maintaining safe and efficient day-to-day operations of production and plant operations to meet the shipping schedule - Steer and direct the staff/department review function for PEL Mexico operation.
- Collect, analyze, maintain, monitor and report the established measurable data.
- Direct and monitor the performance of each department and its department head.
