A vital source of technical expertise, you’ll lead the team that keeps our operations up and running. In this role, you'll be responsible for all Production and Maintenance on site; to ensure that production lines within the facility achieves at all times the level of safety, quality, customer service and cost. This role requires knowledge and experience of production, team leadership, maintenance project management, quality assurance, EHS management and continuous improvement tools, ensuring all appropriate resources are focused on the delivery of the plant’s strategic and tactical goals.
