Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurately data entry of daily sales order receives via Sales Representative, Email and phone call.
  • Timely and accurate update and acknowledgement of change of ordering details and shared the update information to respective department.
  • Timely liaise with Sales Representative with regards to customer’s order, stock level and sales enquiries.
  • Timely resolve customer feedback / complaints and provide reservice recovery within 24 hrs.
  • Prepare the delivery packing documentation such as barcode, sticker as per customer's requirement.
  • Documentation for daily invoices as per SOPs.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Reporting Line Manager.
