Support the Pharmacy Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the Pharmacy team including Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants. Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements during medication preparation and distribution. Monitor staffing levels to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective operation. Coordinate manpower scheduling to facilitate smooth daily operations. Assist in developing and reviewing training and competency assessment materials. Oversee training and competency assessments for Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants.
