Job Description

The role:
Provide excellent customer service in line with our departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Coordinate Preventative maintenance and breakdown visits utilising our planning software.

Sourcing and requesting appropriate resource for the job, engineers, plant etc.

Placing orders to suppliers and chasing when applicable

Organising despatch of parts for delivery or collection.

Maintain customers’ records.

Deal with customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Assisting with the contract renewal process

Taking ownership of jobs and seeing through to completion

Updating our software systems

Track and manage costs on jobs.

Any other duties as reasonably required.
