What will your day-to-day look like?

• Act as liaison with engineering on incorporating changes to the designs which improve assembly, manufacturability, performance, cost, reliability or durability of the product.
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction and inventory control.
• Communicate customer and program priorities to the different stakeholders.
• Perform assignments requiring use and application of standard engineering and product development principles and techniques.
• Develop tools that enable stakeholder alignment on priorities and aid process improvement.
• Research new processes, methods, and equipment and make recommendations to achieve continuous improvement.
• Lead the industrialization activities related to the introduction in production and support development lifecycle activities for potential new programs.
