Operations Representative

C.H. Robinson is looking for an Operations Representative to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will be essential to maintaining uninterrupted logistics operations overnight, ensuring shipments move efficiently while supporting customers during off‑business hours. Availability to work overnight hours (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and weekends is required.

This position supports a 24/7 global environment. You will engage with peers on‑site one day a week, while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely for four days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute one or a combination of the following tasks: order creation, shipment activation, load building, appointment scheduling, and/or track and trace, in accordance with office and company policies and procedures, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
