This role offers four six-month strategic rotations, providing exposure to production supervision, logistics, and quality assurance. You'll lead significant projects, enhance the supply chain's efficiency, and engage in collaborative learning with senior leaders. Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation within manufacturing facilities in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and continuous improvement
• Utilize Johnson Controls Manufacturing System for operational excellence
• Assist in production scheduling and supplier coordination
• Analyze daily operations for capacity management and cycle time
