As a Senior Operations Manager, you will manage and coordinate the PUD Courier Operations day-to-day activities in pickup and delivery, cash efficiency, courier debrief, and courier shuttles in Metro Manila to meet the service committed including the off site PUD checkers at client sites and the International Service Team.

What you’ll do (your mission)

• Management of operational service delivery KPI's for clients - SLA
• Execute initiatives to ensure efficient Pick Up & Delivery service - Ops Dashboard
• Lead the PUD MC team across the various locations - IKO
• Execute the operational initiatives to enhance profitability - Budget

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Business Administration, Engineering

Professional Experience
