Job Responsibilities- Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
- Track and manage customer orders, deals, and inventory lists
- Coordinate with sales team on pricing, deal sheets, and follow-ups
- Monitor payment status and follow up with internal stakeholders
- Handle documentation, shipping records, and filing
- Maintain internal trackers (Excel) for transactions and reporting
- Support basic finance tasks (AR/AP, GST checks, liaison with external accountants)
