Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the taxi service, ensuring smooth dispatching, driver compliance, and optimal service delivery. This role ensures that the fleet, drivers, and customer service teams work efficiently to meet company goals, provide excellent passenger experience, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily taxi operations, including fleet deployment, dispatch scheduling, and route monitoring.
  • Ensure adequate driver coverage to meet demand, including managing shift schedules and attendance.
  • Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs, inspections, and preventive servicing.
  • Track and analyze key operational KPIs such as trip completions, wait times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incident reports, passenger complaints, and driver concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
